Candy Retailer wants customers to receive the correct products in acceptable condition. This Return Policy explains which products may be returned and what to do when an order contains damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise.
Contact Us Before Returning Anything
Contact Candy Retailer before returning merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused. Include your order number, the product involved, and the reason for the requested return. Photos of the product, shipping carton, packing materials, or shipping label may be required when reporting damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Return Eligibility
Unopened cartons may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must remain unopened, unused, and in its original manufacturer packaging. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Candy Retailer can’t accept returns of opened, unsealed, partially used, or consumed candy and food products.
Returns When You Change Your Mind
Customers who no longer want an eligible unopened product may return it at their own expense. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and Candy Retailer isn’t responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return shipping. Using a trackable shipping service is recommended.
Incorrect Products Sent by Candy Retailer
Contact us when you receive a product different from what you ordered. When the mistake was made by Candy Retailer, we’ll arrange for the correct merchandise to be sent and provide a prepaid shipping label when the incorrect product must be returned. Keep the incorrect merchandise unopened and retain all original packaging until customer service provides instructions.
Products Ordered Incorrectly by the Customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing product names, flavors, package sizes, quantities, billing information, and shipping information before completing checkout. When the customer orders the wrong product or quantity, eligible unopened merchandise may be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges aren’t refundable, and the 15% restocking fee applies. Replacement merchandise must be purchased separately unless customer service provides other instructions.
Damaged Products
Contact Candy Retailer promptly when merchandise arrives damaged. Keep the damaged product, shipping carton, labels, and all packing materials. Photos may be required so we can review the damage and determine the appropriate resolution. Damage caused by opening, handling, storing, or using a product after delivery isn’t eligible for a refund or replacement. Heat-sensitive candy is subject to the precautions and limitations outlined on our Shipping Information page.
Missing Products and Order Shortages
Order shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and identify each missing product and quantity. Keep the shipping carton, packing materials, and packing information while we review the order. Candy Retailer may review shipment weights, packing records, inventory records, and carrier information before approving a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Candy Retailer may take up to 10 business days to inspect returned merchandise and process a refund after receiving the return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Refunds for customer-requested returns exclude original shipping charges and the 15% restocking fee.
Refused and Unauthorized Returns
Packages shouldn’t be refused or returned without first contacting Candy Retailer. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, and packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may not qualify for a full refund. Shipping charges and applicable return costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits any consumer right that can’t legally be waived or excluded.
