How long does it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped within the United States only. Orders placed by 1:00 P.M. EST should arrive within 1-5 business days after shipment. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. We ship via USPS and FedEx. USPS and FedEx do not include weekends or holidays as business days. Orders received after 1:00 P.M. on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. All shipping charges are based on your zip code and the weight of items in your basket. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of processing, but some orders may take a little longer due to product delivery times to our warehouse.

How does shipping work?

Our shipping rates are not charged per item. We base our shipping costs on package weight and destination. We do not make money from shipping charges; we pay the same rates you do. This way, we can keep the cost per item as low as possible, meaning the more you buy, the less it costs per item to ship. When ordering, please ensure your billing address matches the one your credit card issuer has on file. Orders will not be shipped until address verification is complete. 95% of all orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 1 PM Friday EST. will be processed the following Monday. What if I want to order by mail?

You can place your order online. When checking out, select Money Order as your payment method. Continue the checkout process. On the final screen, you will see your order number and the total amount to pay. Please send all Mail orders to the following address and reference your order number on your payment:

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order, please email us at customerservice@CandyRetailer.com or call us toll-free, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 ET, at 1-855-246-1038. All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging material.

What is your return policy?

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please call or email us. We will gladly replace it and include a prepaid shipping label with the order so you can return the incorrect merchandise to us at no cost. If there was a mistake on your part, you can ship the incorrect merchandise back to us at your expense. Any item(s) sent out after your original order due to a mistake or damage will be charged to your credit card. Once the incorrect or damaged item(s) are returned to CandyRetailer.com, we will credit that amount back to your credit card.

If you decide that after you receive your order, you do not want an item(s), return the "unopened" carton(s) back to us, and we will refund your credit card. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

How will I know you received my order?

You will receive an Email confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed.

Summer Perishable Goods Shipping Policy (April-October)

Due to the hot weather during these months, orders containing perishable items (Candy, Chocolates, etc.) should be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2Day, or another faster service.

We offer Ice Packs for purchase to help cool meltable items.

Orders containing perishable items may be held for shipping until the following Monday if doing so will prevent the package from being stored in a warehouse over the weekend.

Please note that candyRetailer.com does not accept responsibility for damage that may occur to perishable products during transit.

We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once shipped. Please make sure the items you have selected are correct before placing your order.
