About Kargher Candy

Kargher Corporation was founded in 1977 as a family-owned chocolate manufacturer in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Kargher became known for producing baking chocolate, chocolate chips, and chocolate nonpareils at its Pennsylvania facility. In March 2026, Philadelphia confectioner Zitner’s acquired Kargher Chocolate and selected the Hatfield factory as its new manufacturing base. Production of Kargher chocolate chips and nonpareils continues at the facility under new ownership.

Kargher Chocolate Nonpareils
