How to order on Candy Retailer
Ordering from CandyRetailer.com is easy! You have 2 options for ordering products on this website.
- Order by Phone: Call our toll-free number to place your order during business hours.
- Order Online: US only. Most payment options accepted.
Finding Items
You can browse or search for the items you would like to order. You do this by using the store tabs at the top of each page or the "Search " bar below.
You can even select the category from the “Stores” column located on the left side of each page under each store. When you find an item that interests you, click its image or name to view more information and pricing.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To order an item, click the "Add to Cart" Icon. The product will be added to the shopping cart and will be displayed on the right-hand side of the page. You can also view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” icon at the top of every page of CandyRetailer.com.
To continue shopping, use the store tabs or the "Continue Shopping" button to browse until your cart contains all the items you want to order.
Proceed to Checkout
Review the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide not to purchase an item in your shopping cart, select the checkbox in the Delete column and click "Update". When you're ready to place an order for the items in the Shopping Cart, click the "Check Out" button.
If you are not already a member, please register. Registration is free.
Promotion Code
This box is for special promotions that require a promotion code. If you have received a promotion code from us, enter it here.
If you have not received a promotion code, do not enter anything in this box. Promotion codes are sent to users who subscribe to any one of our mailing lists or have purchased any product earlier from CandyRetailer.com.
Enter your shipping information and payment method. If your shipping and billing addresses are the same, click the Next button at the bottom of the page. If not, check the Select Shipping Address box and select the shipping address. You can also add a new shipping address.
Please Select Your Shipping Option
Here, you need to select the shipper type and shipping method, then click Next. To estimate your shipping cost, please click the “shipping calculator” button. In this section, you can also have your items gift-wrapped and include a greeting card with a message to the shipping address.
Order Summary and Confirmation
On this page, a summary of your ordering and shipping information is displayed. You need to enter your age verification and click on the “Finish” button to complete your checkout process.
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. You can also view your order confirmation number once the order is complete.
Checking Your Order
If you would like to check whether your payment has been processed or your order has shipped, click the "History/Track Order" link in Member Services or Account Management.

Every month, we put a list of special items for sale. These items are typically discounted and available at a lower price than our standard retail price. Please check back often for these sale items. However, if you wish to be informed of our monthly deals via e-mail and have not signed up for the "Mailing List ", please do so now.
