Consumers preferred the classic taste and affordable price of the original recipe. The reintroduction of the original recipe has already seen a 5% increase in repeat purchases since November.
Ferrero’s move to return to the original recipe highlights a shift in strategy. The company is discontinuing the “Wonders From the World” line to focus on the core chocolate chip cookies that fans love.
