There are many brands that make jelly beans; however, I think most would agree that nobody does it better than Jelly Belly! You might be one in a million if you disagree, but then I challenge you to give me another brand that produces more flavors than Jelly Belly! In fact, I don’t even want you to research that because I don’t want you to lose your time for nothing! We have over 360 Jelly Belly products here at Candy Retailer, so if you’re into jelly beans, especially jelly flavors, then I’m sure you’ll appreciate my list.
As for the best flavors, I have many! It was actually a little tough putting together a top ten list of my favorites, but after going through hundreds of flavors, I was successfully able to narrow it down, plus create a side list of new flavors I haven’t tried it. That said, the ten listed below are based on my opinions only. You may agree or disagree, which is totally cool and acceptable, as we all have different opinions regarding the taste of something!
However, my goal is to spread awareness, to create a starting point into an endless category of Jelly Belly flavors just waiting for you to discover! So, here’s to my top 10, don’t forget to share yours! I’m not a huge fan of the traditional jelly bean mix, so I always get creative with my own mixes, creating my own with flavors I know and love! There are also a few Jelly Belly pre-mixes that I really like, a few of which I listed below!
1. Jelly Belly Blueberry
If you’ve ever read any of my content here at Candy Retailer, chances are you know that I love blueberry candy! It doesn’t matter if it’s gummies, taffy, or jelly beans, I have a crush on this candy flavor and it won’t be going away any time soon! As for these Blueberry Jelly Belly jelly beans, I could eat a whole pound of them and walk away like nothing just happened. Yeah, they’re that good, so you may want to mix them, or prepare to practice self-control.
2. Jelly Belly Cold Stone Ice Cream Parlor Mix
This is, by far, one of my all-time favorite Jelly Belly Jean Bean mixes! I have had many, but nothing quite tops this one! If you love Cold Stone Ice Cream, then you’ll be pleased to know that this mix includes iconic flavors such as Birthday Cake Remix, Chocolate Devotion, Apple Pie, Strawberry Blonde, and Mint Chocolate Chip! I don’t know about you guys, but Jelly Belly took it to a whole new level with this mix. If you agree, pick up a bag below and give it a spin!
3. Jelly Belly Crush Grape
Like most people in the world, I love grape candy! However, I really love Jelly Belly’s collaboration with Crush Soda, which includes grape! These beans are sweet, juicy, and taste just as you’d expect them to! There are hundreds, if not thousands, of different types of grape candies out there on the market today, but I promise you, these are in a league of their own! 4. Jelly Belly Island Punch
If you love sweet, tropical-flavored candy as much as I do, then chances are you’ll really love the Island Punch jelly beans by Jelly Belly! Made with premium, high-quality ingredients, which I’ll mention after my list, you can’t find a brand that does it better, especially with this particular flavor! 5. Jelly Belly Krispy Kreme Donut Mix
Next up, we have the one-and-only Jelly Belly Krispy Kreme Donut Mix! I’ve tried to pick through them to see if I could spot the different donut flavors, but I always get lost in translation somewhere, which tells me that the handful should eat these. But in case if you’re wondering, this mix includes popular Krispy Kreme flavors such as Original Glazed, Strawberry Iced, Chocolate Iced w/ Sprinkles, Glazed Blueberry Cake, & Cinnamon Apple Filled. Sound good, doesn’t it?
6. Jelly Belly Mixed Berry Smoothie
I’m not sure about you, but I have a lovejones for mixed-berry candies, so this one was almost a given! This berry smoothie mix includes a fruity blend of several berries. I could guess them all, but I assume it’s the traditional berry mix we all know and appreciate. However, when it comes to Jelly Belly’s Berrry Smoothie mix, it’s something new and exciting! Now to mention, it reminds me of a real smoothie drink, it’s sweet, natural-tasting, and slightly creamy, just the way I like!
7. Jelly Belly Pomegranate
Pomegranate candy isn’t always an easy find; not everyone can make it; however, that proved to be no challenge for Jelly Belly! These jelly beans are spot on, I’ve never had anything like them before. In fact, as much as I love real pomegranates, I’m not much of a fan of pomegranate-flavored candy, until I tried these jelly beans! I can easily knock off a whole pound (400 jelly beans) all by myself, so they’re good. Have you tried them yet?
8. Jelly Belly Red Apple
Jelly Belly Red Apple Jelly Beans are amazing! Not only are they exploding with flavor, but they’re also very addicting! In my opinion, they remind me of Snapple Apple, which could be the case because, as you’re about to discover, Jelly Belly and Snapple collaborate with each other, so I think I might be on to something with this one! So, if you’re a fan of Snapple Apple, then chances are, you’re going to really like this flavor!
9. Jelly Belly Jelly Beans Snapple Mix
As mentioned in the previous description, Jelly Belly and Snapple collaborate with each other, which led to one of the rarest candy mixes I have ever had. In this mix, you find several flavors, including cranberry raspberry, fruit punch, kiwi strawberry, mango madness, and pink lemonade! I love them all. However, I think this mix would be much better if they included Snapple Apple, but now that I think about it, that might be too overpowering! What do you think?
10. Jelly Belly Sunkist Citrus Mix
Once again, Jelly Belly does it again with this one-of-a-kind collaboration with Sunkist, which is also one of my favorite soda brands! This awesome yet refreshing mix of jelly beans includes Sunkist favorites, such as lemon, lime, orange, pink grapefruit, and tangerine! So, as you can probably imagine, this is the most refreshing mix of jelly beans on the planet. Best of all, they come in a 1lb bag, making them perfect for long summer nights!
What Is Your Favorite Jelly Belly Jelly Bean Flavors?
With so many Jelly Belly flavors available, there’s no way we’ll have the same exact top ten list. Nonetheless, I’m excited to know your favorites, even if it’s only your #1; I’d still love to hear about it.
